Hand crafted using vintage EPNS A1, ‘Rodd’ silver spoon bowls. Made in honour of the ‘Spoon Theory.’ And, anyone like myself, who is living with chronic or invisible illness, or mental health struggles.

You’ll have plenty of ‘spoons’ in reserve with this little beauty! 🥄🥄🥄🥄

She is polished but vintage, with the many imperfections reflecting her age. However, as you can see, she is still full of beauty, resilience, grace and strength.

Each of the spoon bowls have been hand-rolled. They have also been gently bent on the bender, to give each one curvature. Ensuring that she fits nice and snug on the wrist.

She has also been given a safety chain.
